As President and Chief Executive Officer of BSG, she leads with strategic vision and executes with a focus on operational excellence. Judith brings with her a tested team of highly qualified professionals with decades of combined experience in the health care insurance industry.

TINA NEUENDORF
SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT - BUSINESS PRACTICE LEADER

Tina is an innovative advisor who is skilled in strategic planning, plan design evaluation and implementation, and financial cost projections within the healthcare and employee benefit consulting industries. Known for her exceptional interpersonal communication, negotiation and relationship building skills, Tina provides a confident, competent grasp of both client and carrier objectives. Her underwriting expertise is based on first-hand knowledge and experience in handling renewal and new business proposals for fully insured and self-funded groups. Tina specializes in creative solutions and unique approaches for employee benefit programs, especially within the public sector.

KAREN ROOKS NAUER
EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT - SALES AND PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

A dynamic, accomplished advisor with over 20 years experience in health care, community relations, sales, marketing, new program development and implementation. Passionately committed to improving the quality of health for Colorado Springs community members. Possessing well-developed relationship building, interpersonal communication and persuasive skills reinforced with a results-oriented drive. Known for an ability to thrive in changing environments and simultaneously handle a wide range of projects and program assignments. Consistently strives to create positive, ethical work environments and collaborative teams to achieve innovative goals and objectives.

CHELSEA ROSENBERG
FINANCE & ADMIN MANAGER

Chelsea has extensive experience in accounting and finance roles both in the public and private sector. With this experience she heads the Finance department at BSG along with admin functions such as marketing, social media and IT. She is also responsible for assisting in the evaluation and implementation of health and welfare plans and analyzing and preparing Requests for Proposals. In addition she assists with electronic enrollment implementation, retirement plan employee benefit audits. Chelsea brings her creative thoughts and experience to BSG’s office and team.

ROBERT WEST
ACCOUNT MANAGER

Bob takes a hands-on approach to every project. He judiciously obtains all available data and information and, after thorough evaluation, carefully weighs the pros and cons of each alternative before making a sound recommendation. He then provides further assistance through timely implementation and follow-up to ensure projects are progressing as planned. He has a well-earned reputation has an aggressive negotiator and, thorough his persistence and perseverance, has realized either significant cost-savings and/or cost avoidance for his clients and employers. Having worked both sides of the aisle, he is intimately familiar with the desires and frustrations of the client as well as the knowledge and capabilities of the both carriers and providers. Bob’s employment history includes many years of cross-functional experience with various aspects of human resources management as well as environmental, health, safety, and transportation regulatory compliance. His reputation for unwavering fairness, honesty and integrity has earned him the respect of clients and peers throughout the region.
